EMANUEL PHAZ

After a couple of exciting years carefully watching the dance industry, Emanuel made his first steps into DJing, from small bars and clubs to the legendary Cream Nights (UK) that took place in 2003 in Faliraki, Rhodes.

Progressing through styles and bpm, he steadily became a recognized figure of the local dance scene and slowly thourghout Greece, with guestings around many cities. At the same time, he began cooperating with Radio1 Rhodes, one of the best radio stations in Greece broadcasting live his weekly sets and receiving some complimentary feedbacks!

2005 found him in Athens studying Music Technology & Sound Engineering for 2 years. At the same time, the productive part of the industry was something that drawed his attention and began working on tracks, releasing his first remixes with support from the likes of DJ Tarkan. Continuing, his pure melodic, progressive style in his productions caught up the attention of more DJs including Hernan Cattaneo who played his remix in Creamfields in Peru and his Sequential Radio Show and gaining further support from lots of jockeys around the world!

Releases include labels such as No Smoking of DJ Tarkan and V-Sag, Coldtap, Stripped, Atlant, TSOE (Greece), Nascent, Sentient Audio Collective, Pitch Music, Progress, Shiva Records, SoundTribe, South Records and Second Coming!

Emanuel has been one of the resident DJs at the famous Paradiso Beach Club in Rhodes, one of the largest and most innovative clubs in the country. During this residency, he has shared the decks alongside Sharam, Paul Harris, Seb Fontaine, DJ Tarkan, Joeski and many more!

His montly radio sessions exist for more than 2 years. He is presenting Transport in FriskyRadio every 4th Monday of the month and Expressions every 4th Friday of the month alongside his friend and partner DJ Tim, an exceptional DJ and producer from Greece with a bright future ahead! Last but not least, his cooperation along with Norman H under the moniker STRIPPED INC is heading off to the studio soon to work on various massive projects including remixes and original productions!
